Heartland Community Action Agency, Inc. will hold a special membership meeting, open to the residents of Kandiyohi, McLeod, Meeker, and Renville Counties, on August 20, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting location is 515 SW 2nd Street, Willmar, MN 56201.

The purpose of the meeting is to amend Article II, Section 2.1 of the corporation’s by-laws by substituting the language; “The Corporation shall have no members.”

Heartland Community Action Agency, Inc. Seeks Board Member with Early Childhood Education/Experience

Heartland Community Action Agency, Inc.’s (Heartland) Board of Directors is seeking candidates to fill the position of an At-Large member with early childhood education/experience on the Board. Heartland Community Action Board is a tripartite Board.

The Board also monitors Heartland’s financial health and overall performance and provides the Executive Director with the resources to meet the needs of those Heartland serves. The term of office is three years.
